Assessment

The Christchurch City Council offers a Target Sustainability Assessment to selected Christchurch businesses to assist them to identify basic waste reduction, energy efficiency and water efficiency opportunities for the business.

Businesses accepted to get a Target Sustainability Assessment receive:

  • Up to a 2 hour site visit
  • Up to a 1 hour follow up progress site visit after 6 months

Businesses commit to implementing at least a waste reduction or energy efficiency or water efficiency project.

There are a limited number of assessments available so you are encouraged to apply now.

*Project Champion means the person that the business has nominated to facilitate the implementation of the resource efficiency programme at the business site and is the contact person for the Target Sustainability consultant.
